New Business Unit Director to strengthen operations at EuramaxPosted on: March 31, 2022
Leading uPVC manufacturer Euramax Solutions has appointed a new Business Unit Director in a bid to streamline processes and maximise company growth within the growing modular market.
Emma Chapman joins the Barnsley-based company this month, taking over the role of previous Managing Director Nick Cowley, as he becomes CEO of parent company Modular Group Investments (MGI).
And having spent the past 23 years as an Operations Director at leading pillow, duvet and mattress protector manufacturer John Cotton Group, Emma is more than equipped for the role.
She comments: “After 23 years, it was time for me to take the next step in my career. Euramax has a very strong foundation with a lot of potential for growth, so while the fenestration industry might be a learning curve for me, I’m coming in with fresh eyes, ready to help the company, and MGI as a whole, achieve its goals.
“While I’ll be working in conjunction with the Business Unit Directors at fellow MGI companies Barton Windows Limited and Rapid PVCu Systems, I’ll also be working directly with Euramax’s customers, formulating strategic plans to guide the direction of the business, maximising business opportunities, and building partnerships with strategic customers.
I’ll be implementing systems to further improve the business with additional sales, while helping to maintain Euramax as a leading supplier in the ever growing modular market.”
Nick Cowley, CEO of MGI, comments: “With over two decades of business experience, Emma is the ideal person to take over as Euramax’s Business Unit Director.
“I very much look forward to seeing the value she will bring to the business as she draws in more customers within the modular market, growing both the business itself and its reputation within the industry as a leading supplier.
I’m proud to pass on the torch to Emma – under her guidance, I’m confident that Euramax will continue to be a trusted national manufacturer with a strong reputation for reliability, consistency, and trust – and a bright future ahead.”
