Major software investments help Euramax Solutions gear up for growth

Leading UK uPVC window and door manufacturer Euramax Solutions has undergone a digital transformation by investing in several different industry-leading software products in order to boost efficiency and provide its customers with a more efficient service.

The company now use OmPrompt, a unique order automation tool that digitises and controls the flow of order management information from its customers, third party providers and suppliers, helping to streamline communication with its entire network.

The company has also invested in Epicor, a modern enterprise resource management system that consolidates the process of organising the business’s data through an integrated software suite that includes applications to automate business functions such as production and sales quoting.

This system works in close conjunction with HubSpot, the company’s Customer Relationship Management system.

With its integration with Office 365 for email and 8×8 cloud-hosted telephony for call history and management, HubSpot gives Euramax Solutions a single pane viewing for efficiently managing its customers, ensuring unified communications and smooth operation across all areas of customer service.
